Hey Guys, i was wondering if anyone does any kind of preparation before they go on holiday. Im going in 3 weeks and so was planning to do a creatine cycle (as outlined by JMB on the forum). Does anyone do or know of anything which produces short term increases in size (really short term, like glycogen loading). Also does anyone have any ideas on how to pick up more poontang on holiday, my basic plan is to go after everything in sight, any holiday chat up lines would be great. Cheers, Chris.
