I will be going overseas for 3 weeks to France and just really worried that my gains will decrease over that period of time. I know I will continue to eat well and all (I am a health nut after all!) but will eating my right amount of carbs, protein and fats help me keep my gains in place? This is my first time not doing farmer carriers for that long and not sure if a solid amount of protein and carbs will take care of it, afterall, I am a female so I’m just not sure. Sorry if I sound like a broken record but I do get panicky very easily especially this. Anyways. Let me know anyone. I really appreciate it.
Enjoy your trip. There’s been a few studies that have looked at this and in all of them, no one lost their gains even from three weeks off.
