I have been doing a “strongman” day every few weeks. I find it a nice way to change things up.
I want to keep it in the rotation even during meet prep, this is my ab training lol

Hammer strength incline 5 sets
Lats, rear delts and tris
Low volume/high frequency seems to work
Trap bar DL 405x11 495x2 515x2
DB SLDL 100x3x10
Plate loaded rows and plate raises
2 board bench wut 320x3x3
Standing ohp - 135 185 205x3 225x3
Rear delts , db cs row , tris
