Last squat session before meet prep

I have been doing a “strongman” day every few weeks. I find it a nice way to change things up.

I want to keep it in the rotation even during meet prep, this is my ab training lol

Volume bench 225x15 275x5 300x5 315x4
Hammer strength incline 5 sets
Lats, rear delts and tris

Low volume/high frequency seems to work
