Well K, Last June I tore my bicep and this past May I tore my quad. My body is just not holding up anymore like it used to. As you may remember I also injured my neck about 3 years ago. So basically I have to re-adjust and re-think my methods so I can continue doing this stuff.

Bench wut 315 for 2 singles , my original and optimal bar placement on chest are causing too much discomfort so it’s made me place the bar on upper chest , def weaker there but no pain

I just had to move my bench touch point down for the same reason you moved yours up. You might end up handling more weight from that spot once you get used to it.

Leg press close stance drop sets - 5pps x5 4pps x10 3pps x15 2pps x20 repeated this 3 times , this sucked but I’m realizing not doing this bb stuff is what is holding back my leg size, squats do nothing for me hypertrophy wise
