Got a 20oz/ea of that and thermaflex for cheap off some online vet dealer in FL.

I just recently trie only thermaflex which works well. Equiblock works better you think?

Equi-Block is hotter and longer lasting.

Put it on @ 45min-1hr before lifting.
Wash hands immediately after putting on.
Don’t touch your junk or let it touch your junk.
It’s oil based. Water makes it hotter. Olive oil will help dissipate effects if necessary.

I use ThermaFlex on shoulders for bench and Equi-block on hips and low back for squats/DL.
