Thanks Dave, its getting there, Ive made a decision that during the off season I will try to get my OHP back up to respectability again, a 3 wheel OHP may not be possible any longer but I think I can back up to my max before the injury then take it from there. Next week I am going to go for a max rep to see where Im at.

Squat - 265,305,345x5
Hack Squat - 5x15
Prowler Push

short and sweet- nice work

First time using a prowler in a long time, Like the fucking dolt that I am I loaded it up to 12 plates. pushed it 25 yards and almost fucking puked, Im a complete tool.

I am suching knee, low back and groin discomfort. Im still in a rut everything feels heavy.

Im trying to get extra lowerbody work in by using machines, I tried the hack squat, Im trying to find the sweet spot where my knees dont get irritated, Anytime I go full ROM on it I feel pain, right below the knee cap, if I go 70% down, its ok, so I am gonna keep it there as it really fried my quads bro.

Sounds like intense sled pushing.

Lol GV it sucked I’m gonna temper the loads next time

DL off about 1/2 inch - 315x5 365x5 415x5 455x1. Bar kept moving so I had to put small plates on the ground.
Pendlay Row - 135, 225, 245, 265, 275, 280 x 5

Solid day.

Standing OHP - 135x5 155x3 175x3 195x3 205x1 150x3x8

It’s been 2 years since I’ve attempted a strict OHP over 200 lbs. it felt better than I thought it would. Gives me hope that I can get back up to 250 and beyond.

My cleans seem to be improving, slowly the catch portion of the lift is looking less retarded

Great to see you making the improvement with the OHP. Isn’t is wonderful to know that persistence along with the knowledge we’ve garnered over the years can bring us back from injury. Strength is our passion and the iron beckons and we shall be strong.(I believe Conan the Barbarian would approve)
