was doing a 10 20 life offseason template but I got knocked off the routine, for meet prep ill go back to cubing it. I think for the next 6 weeks leading into my next meet prep Im just gonna do alternating push pull days with highish volume and moderate intensity…or jazzercise.

Good to see you neutralized the bug with antibiotics. I just let my virus burn out in me for almost 2 months. Synching back with the iron is always satisfying-good job.

No lung capacity at all today was a real struggle it’s going to take a few weeks to get back to full strength.

I deal with people from all over the country at work. Can’t believe how many of them have had flu or terrible colds which have lasted several weeks this year.

Way worse than any other year anytime recently. Can’t blame it on the weather as it hasn’t been that bad for most so far this winter but there are definitely some nasty viruses making there way around the country.

For sure Dave. This is the worst in recent memory. My aunt who already has a weakened immune system was hospitalized because of the flu. I wonder if the overuse of antibiotics and even something as minuscule as hand sanitizers are creating stronger more impervious strains of virus
