hockey, in season nutrition-


ive been eating low carbs/high fat for the majority of the offseason. how should my nutrition guidlines change once i start preseason workouts and skates, and then again when the season officially begins? also i need to pre plan what suppliments i will need. any suggestions other than lots of grow and surge? any different peramaters for surge durring games, etc?
