Hockey Cardio Program

Wondering if someone can help me out with this. 26yr old male who is getting back into playing Ice hockey. Just adult leagues so nothing to serious, but I seem to get winded very easily.

Anyone have a cardio program or advice that i might be able to see some quick results from? I do not have access to ice other than the games so that would not work out, but I can go to the gym 5-6 times a week. Any help would be awesome. thanks

read Boyle’s stuff- michaelboyle.biz. Obviously not long distance stuff, get on the bike and do intervals. Be sure to be doing the right lifting stuff too.
