Hmm... Injury?

I pulled a little bit too heavy recently, my form was not ideal, and since then I’ve had a slight twinge in my lower back. It is only really present if I twist my back in certain ways, it doesn’t really hurt, but it is a minor discomfort that was not there beforehand.

Does this sound like something I should be concerned about? will it sort itself out? anything I can do to speed up the healing process?

Anything to do with your back is something not to be taken lightly. Id suggest getting it looked at at the very least rest it

Don’t twist your back in certain ways.

Phill is right, the back is nothing to mess with, unless you want to walk around looking like you have a corn cob stuck you know where. Get it checked, a doctor is best to recommend the best method for healing.

Hm, yes. I should probably schedule a doctor’s appointment anyway, it has been a while since I had a check-up.

Does anyone else have any input though?

I get twinges in my back sometimes too. Usually after I fail on a deadlift when my form was compromised. Mine usually are gone within a day or two…
