HMB - Useful After All?

Read a recent study by a couple of Spanish universities who found that elite rowers saw a rise in testosterone and shift in testosterone/cortisol ratios when supplementing with HMB combined with creatine for 10 weeks. Interestingly, there were no similar observations on those groups supplementing with either substance alone. This suggests there may be some synergy between products. The dosage was 3g HMB and 0.04g creatine per KG (e.g. 3.2g for an 80kg person).
