Hitting Myself in the Junk in 2nd Pull of Clean


In addition to keeping the arms straight, get your shoulders over the bar more. Watch the video from the side view and you can see that you’re not pushing with your legs, you’re lifting with your back and your shoulders are behind the bar, not over it.
