Ok so I am currently at a 5 day split in which i have to hit 3x a week.This will lead me on doing calves one day before squats AT LEAST.I want to know if my performance will be affected by any way,thanks guys !
You'll be fine. Your calves do act as stabilizers, sort of, for bigger leg lifts...so you might not be as steady on the heavier sets of squats or leg press or leg curls, but you'll be fine.
Everyone is different. How about give it a go and let us know how it goes... Dunno about everyone else but my crystal ball is broken.
well i actually changed the program to 2x a week(the same day I hit legs) So i think its gonna be okay..
