Hitting 20 Reps in my Last Set of Week 1....

I’ve yet to meet to a guy who done 531 and never got stronger.

hey Bing, How many reps are you getting on your 3 and 5 weeks?

In the last 2 cycles I have done 10 plus reps in the last set of each week.

Don’t worry about it, you’re doing fine. Don’t worry about the numbers, just worry about continuing to get stronger.
