whats up guys, got bored so figured id post a video of some lifting today. hit some accessory work for deads and bench. when im not preping for a meet i like to got conventional for sets of 10 in between my heavy semi sumo pulling. as for the decline i know a lot of people dont like it but i feel it prepares me for heavier weight on flat bench. hitting 395 on that then when i flat bench 375 it feels fairly light.
