Just hit a new PR in my Deadlift. I started in the first week of November in my training and was at a max of 205lbs. I tested this last Wednesday at 405lbs. I think I could have gotten more, but I had already done 255x5, 270x5 and 300x7. Those seemed easy so I got curious. I think I could have gotten approximately 420lbs or so if I hadn't done a full exercise. I have a goal of 500lbs by the end of the year.
