On my quest to resolve my low back pain/tightness, I decided to see a massage therapist that specializes in orthopedic work. She said my left hip was higher than my right and could be the cause of my back pain. However, I’m confused because my right side is tighter. Why would my left side be weaker but my left hip is higher? I don’t get it. Anyway, What can I do to level my hips?
