Hi there!! Does anyone have a remedy for a hip that feels like it’s dislocating at the top 1/4 of a squat rep, I personally am not sure what it is but if anyone has experience it sure would help tremendously!
This movement is usually for pain but whenever I have any funny business with my hip joint, I do the following:
Give it a go over the next few days and then before you squat.
You may also want to strength/lacrosse ball the area you feel is pulling on you leg.
