Anyone else get their hips cramping/knotting up when doing exercises laying down on a flatbench. Whenever I do skullcrushers/flat dummbell bp, you name it laying down the side of my hips knot up like crazy anyone else get this any hip stretches to keep the cramping from happening?
Yes this happens to me a lot, especially when lifting heavy. It happens during any pressing movement whether it be DB or BB, flat, incline, or decline.
Two things I find will combat it very well. Foam rolling the area beforehand or doing band walks or both.
