Hip Issues - Greater Mobility

I was looking for the article with hip flexibility/mobility exercises but I can’t find it. What exercises/stretches should I do to gain greater hip mobility?
What do you guys ACTUALLY do regarding this issue?
What PRECISELY is good hip mobility needed for? (exercises, real life examples)
