Hip is Screwing My Squats

Post a video. I’ve been experiencing the same thing. Could be a lot of things, but most likely an impingement and/or tendonitis. The inflammation cycle is a bitch. You need to break it with finding a way to squat that doesn’t irritate your hip. A high pin squat or high box squat is a good idea for the time being. You keep pissing it off and it’ll keep pissing you off.
