I've recently noticed a lot of pain in the hip flexor predominately in my left leg while squatting. At first it was only with heavier weights but now it hurts even free weight. I squat raw and tried widening my stance awhile back plus I don't always stretch out a lot. First what stretches/foam rolling can I do to help improve the flexibility and tension in that area. Second should I take a week or two and let the pain subside or just push through. I've switched back to a narrower stance and it helped some but the pain is still there from before. Any suggestions, thanks a lot.
