Where would you put BB hack squats in your routine,hip dom or quad dom?Since this lift is just like a deadlift but the bars behind you.Also, where would you put 1 arm DB snatches in as well?I want to put both lifts into my routine and i just want to make sure i’m not doing 2 quad or hip dom days.Thanks
Hack lifts are definately quad dominant, esppecially if you stand on a little block. No doubt about that. I’d say the snatches are more hip dominant.
