CT, I was wondering what your take is on Hip Cleans. Good or bad? It seems like a more natural movement for me. I get more snap out of my hips bringing the bar to the lower hip position. I’m also a have long arms (6’2); which is strange from what I hear. Have you come across this before with a tall, lanky lifter? I’ve noticed the lift in your exercise video library, but you don’t provide much detail as to the use of it. Just want to pick your brain about the exercise?
