Hip Action on SGHP

CT: You were right. I was pushing the bar too far away from me. I took the violent hip contact out and the lift feels much different. I can actually go heavier, which I did not expect. I practiced with light weight on Saturday and went heavy on Sunday and hit a PR for a single. I also changed from balancing the bar on one bench to sitting it on buckets on each side and I think that helped also because I can get myself into a better starting position.
