Hints/Tips for Travelling T-Nationers

Hi friends,

Im often on the road for work and every second week for my semi=pro soccer team.
When away on “road trips” my diet fails, and my routine is interrupted, especially on longer trips.

This thread is dedicated to hints & tips on how to maintain the “t-man” lifestyle while on the road.



As far as workouts go, you can get a lot done w/ very light weight if you focus on feeling the movement rather than lifting the weight, IMO. Won’t tire you out for your game either.
