Hill Sprinting



My main goal by hil sprinting is to improve my conditioning.

There's a hill im curently running on, I have improved from 10 rounds to a 34 this day today.

My question is: What if i split those 34 rounds? so instead of running 34 on one day, I could change it into 17 rounds on two different days.

Would it be better to run two different days or it run all at once? As I would improve my conditioning



34 hill runs is a lot of hill runs. How long is the hill? Are u sprintiing 100%? How long do you rest between each run?

If I was you I would keep up hill sprints on one day, and on another day do a different type of conditioning workout, such as running longer distances or maybe even tabata?
