can anybody tell my what is this HIIT?
i want full information about this one.

It stands for High Intensity Interval Training.

Basically, you train cardio in alternating intervals of intensity. Say you’re running…you’ll sprint for 20-30 secs or so, then jog easy for about a minute. Then you repeat. You continue in this fashion for 10-20 minutes (that varies a lot, depending on your goals), and then you’re done.

As far as “what it is,” that’s it. If you want to know why it can be more productive than steady state cardio, there’s quite a few articles detailing such on here, and which can explain it a good deal better than I.
