OK, I thought I read about High Interval Intensity Training (HIIT), but the only article I found on T-Mag that mentioned it was “Ripped, Rugged, and Dense.” Many people are bringing it up in the forum. Where is there more information on this?
Christian’s latest Running Man article is an excellent example of HIIT. Just apply the ideas in that article to any cardiovascular activity.
HIIT is basically just alternating periods of very high intensity activity with moderate/low intensities for recovery.
John Berardi also details some HIIT plans in his Winning Formula article series.
I’m going to get it … I forgot about “Running Man” in this weeks’ issue. Were there any other articles?
