anybody ever tried this? my university dorm that I live in has 16 floors, I live on 6, and I usually sprint 4 flights of stairs, walk one, sprint 4, walk down and repeat. First set of 4 is one foot per step, second set is to hit every other step. Idea is to time your sets with a wristwatch and beat it. I’ve noticed quite a burn for HOURS after…anybody else tried this?
I used to run stadium steps similar to this, and it’s very effective.
just straight up sprinting to the top and walking back down?
I use stairs for interval training as well, it has had a tremendous impact on my anaerobic and aerobic capability!!
Just watch your knees when you are a big guy…
