I’ve been following the T-dawg 2.0 diet and been going to the gym 4x/wk for weight training. I’m wanting to incorporate HIIT in to my program to help get my BF% down. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time in the earlier morning (my usual training time) for both HIIT and weightlifting so I was wanting to split my session up for the morning and the evening.
Should I eat a PWO meal after both of these workouts that are high in carb to restore glycogen? I love Surge but I don’t know if downing a high-carb meal late in the evening is a good idea for fat loss.
Would it be better the do the HIIT or the weightlifting early in the morning? Or does the timing matter?
