ok plain and simple, i just hate running. i dont know if it’s just becfause it’s hard or boring or what, but reasons aside- i just dont like it and although i do manage to put up a fuss with myself about doing i always do end up going through with it in the end.
anyway, my question is what could instead? i want to remain doing something thats HIIT and anerobic but maybe give running a break for a little bit. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Do light complexes in HIIT format kind of like a crazy Tabata but lighter. pick a couple moves like push ups. burpies etc and jog in place or skip rope the during ther high intensity time hit as many burpies as fast as you can. or push ups, or cleans etc just go like hell
You could also do strongman stuff sand bag work etc.
