ok plain and simple, i just hate running. i dont know if it's just becfause it's hard or boring or what, but reasons aside- i just dont like it and although i do manage to put up a fuss with myself about doing i always do end up going through with it in the end.
anyway, my question is what could instead? i want to remain doing something thats HIIT and anerobic but maybe give running a break for a little bit. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
