HIIT Question: Running to Biking

In CT’s “Destroying Fat” article he recommends 4x400m sprints for a good lactic acid workout. He also says bike sprints are an acceptable substitution.

My question is, if 400m running is ok, roughly how many meters is that for a bike sprint?

Choose a distance that takes a little bit longer to bike than to run 400m (1-1:30). I find it very hard to accelerate full force on flats, so find a hill if you can.
