High Volume Experiment Log

Hey everyone, I just started a new program today that I think will work. I'm going to deadlift, bench press, split squat, and do pull ups five days a week. My routine looks like this:

Mon/Wed/Fri
Deadlifts 12 x 4
Bench Press 2 x 5
Iso Split Squat 1 x 15 secPull Ups ?, depends

Tues/Thurs
Deadlifts 7 x 4
Bench Press 3 x 5
Iso Split Squat 2 x 15 sec
Pull Ups ?, depends

I hope to use this program to gain 15-20 pounds in the next 6 weeks. My thoughts are that it will shock my body and force it to adapt.

Starting Stats:
Height: 6'1/2"
Weight: 201 lbs
Max Deadlift: 355 lbs

Day 1: Monday, January 23, 2006
Weight: 201 lbs

Deadlift 12 x 4 245 lbs
Bench Press 2 x 5 185 lbs
Iso Split Squat 1 x 15 sec 180 lbs
Pull Ups 1 x 8, grip gave out
