E2 came back at 35.4. I took 1 mg before the test and 1 mg the day before. I will take nothing today, and do .25 tomorrow/

I havent really noticed anything better. Ive been really busy, so im tried and all that. the ED is maybe slightly better, but im stacking cialis with pt-141 so I dont really know. still lose it… im not sure if im too low on my E or if this isnt the whole problem

Still feel like hell. Had more labs this morning that will be sent to a doctor. Im guessing this isn’t my issue.
With those numbers, I’d take more arimidex because I felt like hell. What is your schedule on dosing?

I’ve been dosing 50mg EOD of clomid, armidex, I’ve been doing freestyle. between .25 and .5 md EOD, or every other two days or however i feel. Basically, last lab it was at 35… took my next dose and crashed it, im sure. I have a feeling when i am getting into the lower numbers (remember, i was over 300), one incorrect dose could push me under.
I did those labs after not having taken arimidex for nearly a week. I took one the next day. Feel like hell right now. Not sure if ill take mine today or not… perhaps take a very small dose.
You need to have discipline with your dosing. There are ups and downs, every single day, even when all this crap is controlled.
Pick a daily or EOD dose of arimidex, then stick to it. Get your blood tested after a few weeks, then adjust.

I know that, but I start gettting seriously bad joint and muscle pain when i take my .25 eod after a while. So i stop, then start again. perhaps i should lower the dosage… its just hard to cut up those damn pills. maybe .25 every three days
Make your own liquid Adex by dissolving the pill in vodka.
i will try this when i get home. couldnt find any vodka at work
What kind of terrible job do you have? No vodka? I’d quit.
I took two pills and put it in 2ml of vodka. I used a 1cc syringe to measure the vodka. Let the pills dissolve and then use the 1cc syringe to measure the dose. You can accurately draw up as little as 0.1cc which equals 0.1mg or Adex.

It’s not a stupid question. I did not refrigerate mine because the vodka is a good preservative and I only made a small amount at a time. If you do refrigerate it, be sure that there are no solids at the bottom. Shake it well. I already had the syringe. They should be easy to get. It’d the needle that can be tricky in some locations.
You can also dispense with a dropper, but that seems tougher to be accurate.
I’m just getting started with Adex. I did some research and bought a great (lots of reviews) pill cutter and was able to cut mine in quarters however, some quarters look a little bigger and I have OCD about accuracy. Plus the tiny quarters are hard to swallow. SO I’ve been reading about the vodka method. Thanks @Nashtide!

I have a good pill cutter and even the pills that are cut in half are not exactly the same size. Plus, you lose a little of the pill in the form of powder. This would only be a concern for the over responders who use micro amounts of Adex. The liquid doses are far more accurate.
If .25 EOD is too much, you must reduce the dosage. Dissolving in vodka works, I just dissolve mine in water and refrigerate it. Buy a graduated cylinder (5-10ml) and a few “transfer pipettes”.
You are then good to go. Feel bad? Lower the dose a touch and record it. Be consistent with the new dose. Repeat or stay the same. You will get to the right dose. Took me a few weeks, but I figured it out…
I wasnt able to make the solution work, i need to order a dropper. However, I have gotten new lab results… something is wrong. doctor called back with 1802 test 250 free 59e… these numbers are insane… i should feel amazing with that high test 
Is 59e your estradiol number? If so, you most definitely will not feel good

yes. i have increased my arimidex dosage a bit since then. Its been as low as 34 in the past month… I fear it isnt E… i could be wrong, but I start getting really bad joint pain and etc before i ever start feeling better
