High Sets+High Reps+1 Muscle Group


I was told by this trainer that I can achieve better size gains by doing 15-20 reps to failure for 10 sets doing a different lift but for the same muscle group with approx. 30 sec rest in between sets and going to the gym about 7 days.

He got noticable...thoughts???


hmmm can you say volume? I'm not even sure CW would agree with this one. This is almost guaranteed overtraining



Not really,if this guy is only doin 10sets per bodypart a day at 3 seconds rest he is looking at being in and out of the gym in less than 30mins?

I would be shot to pieces after that workout though because if i go over 10 reps i start skaking from fatigue and lose strengh pretty quick.
