High Pulls and Medial/Rear Delts


Salut Christian and thank you for your time and consideration.

I was wondering if you viewed high pulls as a good exercise to utilize to hypertrophy the medial delts.

I’m trying to create a cycle of programming focusing on the medial delt in an attempt to gain some hypertrophy in the area.

Along with high pulls, what are some of your favourite exercises to target this area with growth in mind?


Targeting the medial delts really require isolation work. The front delts and traps (depending the movement) always tend to take over.
