Regarding the high performance fat loss program, would it be allowable to do anything other than walking for the fasted cardio if I am able to keep my heart rate in the prescribed range? I was thinking mainly of doing something like yoga with easy fluid movements.
No yoga won’t do it. It’s not just a matter of heart rate. If I’m stress because there is a lot of traffic and I’m late my HR will go up, but it won’t be a good fat loss tool.
Yoga can be a good tool, but not for the purpose of programing the body to use fat for fuel.
