Im am training for football and I'd like to increase my power and speed. Ive heard that higher reps performed fast is better for speed as opposed to 3 sets of say...5 reps, is this true? I was thinking of doing for example my squats 3x12-15. would this be smart for increasing power and speed? Also can someone give me a good core exercise that would help me in football, thanks alot
