Mike…I loved your article on roadwork, and I plan on doing it very soon. But its below freezing here in new york…although I can work up a sweat jogging in this weather, I can’t say that I would be warmed up to do a db swing or a clean & jerk. So I guess I anwsered my own question. I just want to know other peoples experieces with this.
You can try doing roadwork indoors using a treadmill and dumbbell. Get on the treadmill for 5-10 minutes and then do some dumbbell drills and go back and forth 4-5 times. Thanks for the praise.
