im in track and field i do the 400m and high jump. i already have a routine for me to do for the 400m,but i ran into a problem with high jump. my problem is that i can’t find a high jump mat close to where i live.
how am i suppose to practice high jump, if i cant high jump.
i will be doing plyos, sprints, and i will also be lifting. but how am i going to get better at hj if i can’t work on my technique. i can practice my bounding, and take offs but i can’t really practice my technique.
what do other high jumpers do during the off season if they don’t have access to a high jump bar and mat. will some universities let me practice high jump if they leave their mats outside during the off season.
