I've got a high hamstring tweak and I'm about a week out from a powerlifting meet. I've been doing soft tissue work (pvc pipe, lacrosse ball, massage) and ice since I tweaked it on Thanksgiving Day. It hasn't prevented me from getting my last several sessions in before the meet, but I can feel it, especially when I pull. Ideally I'd like to not feel it at all at the meet. Any ideas?
