High Frequency Training

I apologise if this thread has been done already, but I was wondering what sort of results people were having with the sort of High Frequency training Chad was detailing back in January?

I had success training weak points with the Perfect-10 programme, but wondered how people fared with training their whole body in this style?

If you read his article’s responses, lots of people who responded were doing or finished with the program. If you look on Men’s Health there is also a discussion of people doing it. I’m doing it now and I like it. Starting the last phase tomorrow.
