I read Chad Waterbury's article about hft:
The method is simple:
"Start with an exercise that allows you to do 6-10 reps. Do 1 set of that exercise everyday, in addition to your current training plan. Limit your HFT exercises to 2-3 body parts.
He suggests taking a 5-7 days break every 3-4 weeks. But what he doesn't say is if it's a break from all of you weight training, or just a break from the high frequency exercises?
