I love to train.
I’ve always loved lifting hard and seeing results. I love being in the weightroom. I love getting that feeling of satisfaction after a good hard workout. So when I read Waterbury’s “Body Building’s Next Frontier” article:

I thought I’d like to give it a try and work up to training twice a day. So far I’ve done the first 2 weeks of the program and now I’ve decided to start a log to help record my results and gain any input anyone might have on doing this program.
My stats at the start were:
Weight: 170
Waist (Upper part of Navel): 31 5/8
As a FFB, I’m measuring my waist weekly to make sure not to much of my gains are from fat since I am bulking on this program.
Currently I am:
Weight: 172.2
Waist (Upper part of Navel) 31 3/8

Nutrition:
I try to get in around 3,000 clean calories a day with a 33/33/33 C/P/F ratio
