Hey Coach, I’ve purchased your high-frequency muscle building program and for phase two, on the eccentric days, you have exercises using weight releaser. My gym, nor I, have access to weight releaser. Would you be able to provide an alternative way to train those days without using weight releaser? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
The best way to do it, even though it can be more time-consuming is to use the power rack and its safety pins.
