There a quite a few people who follow high fat diets and a few who believe it has many health benefits (Josh Whiton). I have not really looked into it but, when such a large portion of daily calories comes in the form of fat would this not cause inflammation in the body? Does it depend on the type of fat? Every time I eat high fat for a few days I seem to have oilier skin and get a few small pimples.
Healthy fats are anti-inflammatory. Refined fats (trans fats) cause inflammation in the body.
Oily skin and pimples are not symptoms of inflammation. Otherwise, listen to The Greek above.
