Hey I just got my order of Biotest BCAA’s and Spike in today and i have a question about the dosages of BCAA’s. I want to go on the high side of the dosage usage as talked about in the article about the BCAA’s but before i do so i just wanted to know if there are any side effects from the BCAA’s and going on the high end dosage of it. Thanks!
I’ve personally experienced none whatsoever.
Be sure you have a lot of tubs on hand though - 30-40 pills a day will dry out the supply quickly.
