High Bar Form Check

Currently doing highbar instead of lowbar for a period, wanted to know if anyone got some pointers.

Only thing I can really see is that every rep when you start to shoot up from the hole your body shifts backwards.

Try to push your hips back a little further at the start of the squat, that should drop you into the position your body is pushing into when you’re starting out of the hole, this should save some energy and give you some extra pounds.

I can’t really see too much into how you’re bracing since the top half is missing.

I see what you mean. Gonna try and apply that!
Ill try and get a better angle next time for the bracing.

Cueing knees forward as you’re coming out of the hole works a treat for me.
