I ask because, I’m 6’4" and I used to have lots of shoulder pain while squatting low bar. When I started training with the guys I currently train with they told me I should never squat with my hands anywhere but at the collars. Once I did I stopped having shoulder pain from squatting.
My wingspan is probably a little wider than yours but it might be worth a try just to put your hands wide. Or using specialty bars until about 5 weeks out from a competition. One the guys I train with does that. Just another thing to consider.
sorry it took so long to get a video up for critique. Let me know what you see Im sure its horrid. I don’t know crap about High Bar and even I can pick 2-3 things out quickly.

Actually looks pretty damn good man. Only thing i can add is getting more of a pop out of the hole. Releasing the hip flexors and getting that quick reflex out of the hole. Other than than that i think they look great. You will actually be suprised how well that carrys over to low bar for you. You might want to keep doing em on and off when your shoulder gets better. I know some guys who train high bar exclusively and only do low bar a few weeks out for a meet and at the meet. Best of luck brother.

I know Ed Coan did most of his squat training high bar until a few weeks out. He seemed to do alright.[/quote]
